Agartala Polestar Club starts house to house medical checkups, free medicine distribution amid Lockdown Crisis

AGARTALA / NEW DELHI, April 13 (TIWN): Agartala Polestar Club has geared a fresh humanitarian project to help the ill people, specially senior citizens who are unable to come out of home due to lockdown.
Cancer specialist Arup Roy Barman guided the initiative.
Reportedly, in various houses this service was provided along with free medicine distribution and this initiative will be continued.
Earlier, free ration distribution programme was held by this club during lockdown.
There are various clubs which are involved in collecting lakhs and crores from public during Durga Puja festivals in Tripura, but now sitting idle, whereas Polestar club members’ initiative is praiseworthy.
