AGARTALA / NEW DELHI, April 8 (TIWN): Chief Minister Biplab Deb along with Deputy CM Jishnu Debbarma conducted a meeting with higher officials at Secretariat amid COVID19 pandemic and discussed about the preparedness of the Health dept in this regard.

Till now, 1 person was tested positive in COVID19 in Tripura.

Chief Secretary Manoj Kumar, Doctors and top officials remained present in that meeting, submitted reported, discussed updates and problems about COVID19 outbreak.

Basically how the state is going to tackle the situations, erupted due to COVID19 outbreak has been discussed for long time.

Also, various other departments’ ongoing status was also briefed in that meeting, said a source.

Also, Police Dept’s high officials remained present in that meeting.
