AGARTALA, April 1 (TIWN): Vegetable markets are highest crowded amid lockdown as public’s daily commodity’s major parts remain there. Amid COVI-19 pandemic, massive gathering are observed specially in the morning hours.
This is not the isolated problem in Tripura but many more states are yet suffering from this particular problem. This problem continues even after Govt promoted house to house vegetable sales.
However, police have urged public only to go out when there are highest needs and for everyone’s wellbeing little bit to do compromises.
TIWN surveyed various markets in Agartala which were found crowded.
“Few public were spotted coming out unnecessarily, who have been sent back to their homes. But maximum people are following rules today really and with genuine cause, they are coming out. It is seen that public are understanding the gravity of the situation. Actually, keeping ownself clean, cleaning hands and to minimize coming out, not making gathering are important to succeed the lockdown”, said a police officer on duty.
In vegetable markets however, gathering was observed but vegetable market gathering is highest seen in morning hours and then the situations come under control.
