In a notification F.No.19(3)/DM/W/JDL/2020, it was said that any type of COVID-19 related genuine complaint can be registered in that number.

The notification signed by West DM Sandeep Mahatme, it was said, “Consequent upon the complete lockdown declared by State Govt to control and contain COVID-19 pandemic, the District control room, West Tripura has launched a WhatsApp helpline number to collect genuine complaints related to the control of corona-virus pandemic within the West Tripura District”.
