'Shiksha Matri hai,hai' slogan raised by 10323 teachers

AGARTALA, March 17 (TWN): 10323 teachers gheraoed West Agartala Police station today after police by force removed them from spot.
Reacting over Education Minister Ratanlal Nath’s silence and Corona-Virus emergency imposition on 10323 teachers, the teachers raised slogan “Shiksha Matri Hai Hai….”.
They also raised , “Tripura Police hai, hai”, whereas teacher Bimal Saha said that like Jaliwanbala Bagh the police’s attitude remained same today.
Education Minister Ratanlal Nath earlier said that till he is alive nothing will happen to 10323 teachers, whereas till now he is silent when only 2 weeks remained for ad-hoc tenure’s end for the 10323 teachers.
