‘Women Police Stations not lodging complaints in Tripura’ : Congress

AGARTALA, March 13 (TIWN): Tripura Congress Party has alleged that the women police stations in Tripura are not taking complaints in maximum cases.
Congress spokesperson Harekrishna Bhowmik on Thursday has said that two particular departments in Tripura are most failed departments. One is : Police Dept and another is the Health Dept. He said unfortunately, both departments are controlled by Chief Minister Biplab Deb.
“If anyone is making false complaint, then police can take legal action against the false complainer but at least preliminary cases must be lodged. Police stations, specially women police stations are not taking actions properly”, alleged Harekrishna Bhowmik.
