AGARTALA, March 11 (TIWN): In Advocate Bhaskar Debroy’s death in negligence case, the next hearing has been scheduled on 23rd March, 2020.
A writ petition was filed by an Advocate Pulak Saha on behalf of all the Advocates on yesterday seeking proper investigation in Bhaskar Deroy’s death case.
Bhaskar Debroy died on March 7 but his death was very tragic without treatment. He was brought in GB after allegedly met an accident but no family member was informed, neither any treatment was done.
By the post mortem report was placed today in High Court, it was revealed that Bhaskar’s rib, leg and various organs as liver were found injured. Bhaskar had both internal and external injuries but after Fire Brigade took Bhaskar in the GB Hospital, as an emergency patient, no primary treatment was done, no test was done but in medical report it was written “No External Injury”.
After the hearing, senior Advocate expressed his satisfaction over the case progress and also on behalf of Advocates thanked Chief Justice via media for taking the issue very seriously.
