AGARTALA, March 1 (TIWN): The ruling BJP has called for alliance with IPFT in the upcoming ADC poll.

However, previously, when IPFT demanded, BJP rejected to share seats at by-polls, local body elections.

The IPFT demanded a free run for forthcoming Tripura whereas BJP said, it has kept doors open for discussion but will not give up all seats.

BJP MP Rebati Tripura said, the party is ready to fight 28 seats alone.
