AGARTALA, Feb 29 (TIWN): Congress led by former State President Birjit Sinha will go to the High Court as BJP Govt has failed to provide 100 days mandays under MGNREGA. Birjit Sinha on Sunday has said that there are enough legal points where a poor person is bound to get MGNREGA works and if not then compensations to be given.

Addressing media, Birjit Sinha said, during the UPA Govt’s time when Manmohon Singh was the Prime Minister a law was passed that Govt has to provide 100 days MGNREGA works to the rural poor people. But even after passing the law, 15-20 days works are not being gotten properly leading a crisis situation in the rural Tripura.
