AGARTALA, Feb 26 (TIWN): In a shocking expose, BSF jawans on duty in Tripura have recovered illegally stored sandalwood from a godwon under TIDC.

Tripura Industrial Development Corporation Limited (TIDC) is under Govt of Tripura and the Chairman is Tinku Roy, who is also the President of BJP Yuva Morcha originated from Dharmanagar, North Tripura District.

Reportedly, it was the building of a tobacco company which was by force shutdown by BJP Govt immediately after coming in power, but now the deep criminalism inside TIDC is being exposed.

Total items worth 24 crores were seized in attempt of BSF. From TIDC no statement was given, neither any action was taken against the authority.
