AGARTALA, Feb 23 (TIWN): Former Minister, ex-MP Jitendra Choudhury on Sunday has lashed out the BJP leaders for their extreme involvement in programmes, functions and singing, dancing like activities.
Choudhury was addressing media after GM’s national conference was completed where important decisions were taken for the upcoming ADC Election.
Jitendra Choudhury said that in the conference decision was taken to look into the serious matters of the state and not to divert issues with unimportant and dividing policy.
Citing example of Ananda Bazar non-tribe homeless victims, Jitendra Choudhury said, the protest of CAA is against Govt of India but a group is attempting to create communal disharmony to show CAA as a communal issue. He condemned the intention of a section of leaders who are politically, apolitically trying to create disharmony in the state.
