AGARTALA, Feb 13 (TIWN): In social media, a poor man’s photo who was crying before media after allegedly failed to meet Chief Minister to whom he was to complain about his problem is viral.

According to the newspaper cutting, where the photo was published the person named Manoranjan Debbarma broke down in tears who was hungry and allegedly his family too at home with severe problems.

The picture reportedly came from Chief Minister programme at Kalyanpur yesterday, clicked by Sajal Deb.

The rural areas crisis which now spread as well as in urban bodies is due to lack of MGNREGA works and other Govt works.

Instead of 100 days works, the MGNREGA work-rates downed at 15% leading severe crisis among the poor families, affecting the small scale businessmen at the same time.
