AGARTALA, Feb 8 (TIWN): Tripura Minister Ratanlal Nath is screaming across everywhere, now a days, acting as a genius.

He came in controversy after in a press meet, he insulted Tripura journalists in Secretariat saying that they do not understand budget, adding, when after 27 years of his MLA career, it is not so easy to understand budget.

Nath was trolled in social media after his comment as he recently made various illiterate statements before he pretending as ‘genius’.

He also added, even it is not so easy to understand a budget if a person becomes a Govt official.
