AGARTALA, Feb 6 (TIWN): Assam Rifles organised Know Your Army Mela at Netaji Subash Degree College, Udaipur, District Gomati on 06 Feb 2020. Mela was aimed at spreading awareness about the contribution and role of Armed forces in Nation building and also for motivating students and younger generation to join Army and AR.

Total str of 230 including students, attended the event which included motivational lecture followed by weapon display and promotional videos on life in Army and Assam Rifles. The local youths were apprised about the forthcoming recruitment drive of the Indian Army.
