AGARTALA, Feb 1 (TIWN): Tripura Deputy CM Jishnu Debbarman has commented that the Union Budget 2020 is really exceptional.

"We had the experience of conflict and competitive budget among the states but this budget is holistic and objective," Deputy Chief Minister, also holding finance portfolio Jishnu Dev Varma stated without naming Congress.
