AGARTALA, Jan 25 (TIWN): Assam Rifles conducted Yoga Camp at Killa village, District Gomati on 25 Jan 20 to spread awareness about the ancient practice of Yoga and its benefits on physical, mental and spiritual health and well being.
A total of 120 locals including students and teaching staff attended the camp. Yoga is a traditional Indian exercise about harmonizing the body with mind. The workshop included Pranayam, various Yoga poses and meditation.
