Agartala, Jan 21 (TIWN): Badal choudhury is admitted in hospital due to his physical illness and for this he could not produced before court on Tuesday.

On todays hearing Choudhury's advocate said that 75days crossed but the police could not able to prove that Choudhury is connected with PWD scam. On the other side Govt side Advocate said that as per rule, he must stay in custody for 90 days, so that the court cannot give any bail petition to him. Division Bench agreed that Choudhury is not connected with any cheat case.
Tripura's public know Badal  Choudhury's case is politically motivated,to hide BJP's own fault and to divert public's attention  BJP party has filed a false case on Ex minister Badal Choudhury.
