AGARTALA, Jan 16 (TIWN): Reacting over the scrapping of free-medical-services, Congress party has asked Chief Minister Biplab Deb to focus on Govt hospitals instead of focusing on lunch-invitations.
The statement came after Congress leaders led by Subal Bhowmik and Panna Deb visited GB hospital.
There Congress met with various patients and maximum complained about high charges of hospital fees, which the patients are unable to bear.
Subal Bhowmik said, almost in all Govt hospitals medical and medicine services are almost free in other states but here in the name of health cards etc, people’s basic health services rights are snatched.
