Badal Choudhury’s bail petition rejected, next hearing on Jan 21

AGARTALA, Jan 9 (TIWN): Ex Minister Badal Choudhury’s bail petition was rejected today in the Session court, a Govt lawyer said.
The next hearing will be on January 21.
However, on January 13, one month of the FIR against Badal Choudhury to be completed, which was done allegedly in a politically motivated aim by the BJP Govt as the work was PAC approved.
High Court has removed two charges against Badal Choudhury but today his bail petition was denied.
