AGARTALA, Jan 9 (TIWN): Assam Rifles facilitated in Extension of Ujjwala Yojana at Champahour, Khowai Dist on 09 Jan 20 with an aim to extend the reach of government scheme to local villagers.

A Lecture was conducted regarding Ujjwala Yojana where the locals were informed about its benefits. Through the event 20 eligible candidates were registered who will be benefitted via Ujjwala scheme. Total of 150 locals attended the workshop.

Locals and the district administration applauded the efforts of Assam Rifles to extend government scheme to local populace.
