AGARTALA, Jan 1 (TIWN): The job scenario in Tripura reflects the ongoing slowdown in the Country as well as State,declining sales and poor demand.According to CMIE’s September data, Tripura has the highest unemployment rate of 31.2 per cent rate.

Tripura witnessed severe unemployment and slowdown under BJP reign as the Government failed to provide employment and income sources like before. 

According to Vision document promise BJP would bring private companies and industries but after 21 months of governance nothing is in progress. Social and political movements  are responsible for unemployment in the state.

Promising to provide 50,000 jobs within a year prior to election but it becomes highest  unemployment rate holding state.
