AGARTALA, Dec 29 (TIWN): All Tripura Government 10,323 Ad-hoc Teachers Employee Union, Sunday paid tribute to the uncertain death of associate teachers at Rabindra Bhavan.
Fellow teachers in the group of 10,323 passed away after the decision of the Supreme Court in which their jobs were terminated.
They demanded the present Govt. to take steps in order to restore their jobs and secure their futures. Further adding to it ,representative of the 10,323 teachers said, “The fate of the 10,323 teachers is due the inhuman decision of the Supreme Court”. Union’s president Bimal Saha demanded employment opportunities for the deceased families. Also he added, they would go for a massive protest if their demands are not met within next one month.
Where the BJP govt. promised in its vision document to secure the jobs of 10,323 teachers, if necessary they would create a constitution for them, till now none of the promises have been kept by the BJP Govt. in its 20 months of rule.
Recently although, Tripura Education minister Ratan Lal Nath cited example of the struggle in of 10,323 teachers while addressing the people , but could do nothing to sustain their jobs.
