A programme was organized at Melarmath party office & the CPI-Ms gave him red salutes.
Addressing media, CPI-M State Secretary Gautam Das said, the revolution against Capitalism started by Karl Marx and Frederick Engels and formation of Socialism began.
First some bare details of Engels’s life. He was born on November 28, 1820 in Barmen, a textile centre, later to become Wuppertal, Rhine province, Prussia, now Germany, in a family of a wealthy cotton spinner, later established himself as one of the fathers on communism.
Frederick Engels and Karl Marx are blamed in many countries including India for communism concepts, policies which crippled world economy in many areas.
Tripura CPI-M has no time to celebrate birthdays of Indian national heroes like Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose or Khudiram Bose, Bhagat Singh but has plenty of time for dramas with foreign leaders which are unknown to masses in India.
