AGARTALA, Nov 16 (TIWN): Claiming 8% down in crime against women, Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb while addressing in a rally at Khowai.
Deb said, “A Govt is recognized for its good works only when crime against women decreases and in Tripura it is drastically decreasing. Now women are able to roam freely in the state”.
However, CM skipped the multi-trend in police stations of not lodging FIR when women are victimized. Recently gang-rape and Sonar Tari bar incidents are examples.
