AGARTALA, October 31 (TIWN): In a significant incident, Senior Manager of Tripura State Electricity Corporation Limited (TSECL) Shapan Nag has filed a case against Municipal Councilor Panna Deb of Indranagar area for misbehaving with government officials.

Speaking to the media persons at TSECL head office CMD of TSECL Shyamal Kumar Roy said that on October 30 a team of TSECL went to Indranagar Bridge areal and disconnected the hook line of one Laxman Kar who was illegally using this line for commercial purpose. The TSECL officials fined Laxman with Rs. 77,000.  

After getting the information councilor of the said area Panna Deb went to the TSECL head office and misbehaved with Senior Manager Shapan Nag and DGM of TSECL Bikram Debbarma regarding the issue, instead of saying anything to Laxman Kar, CMD said.

A case was filed against her at New Capital Complex Police Station, the CMD added.

It is learnt that Panna Deb has also filed a case against Senior Manager Shapan Nag at New Capital Complex Police Station.
