AGARTALA, Nov 8 (TIWN): Former CPI-M Minister Badal Chowdhury today was taken to Court from the GB hospital, against whom BJP Govt filed a fabricated case under PWD’s developmental works in 2008-09.

While leaving from GB hospital, Badal Chowdhury who was struggling to talk to media said, “I just want to tell you one thing that the ultimate victory will be ours. They can not punish any person in a false case”.

Also he was seen reminding police about their actual duties, said, “The Police who martyred for the nation, today due to a section of police, they are bound to work illegally. They brought me out of ILS hospital from the Gate No-4 where dead bodies are brought out”.

He also said, those who have filed the case against him, rather they will be punished in the future.

On yesterday former Chief Minister Manik Sarkar in brief has given a clean-chit to Badal Chowdhury, calling the BJP Govt inhuman and dirty in playing politics.
