AGARTALA, Nov 7 (TIWN): The State Congress leaders have visited today at the Bru camp in Kanchanpur, met the suffering, starving people at there.

The Congress team visited at the camp led by leader Subal Bhowmik, Pijush Kanti Biswas.

The starvation at Bru camps started after state govt stopped ration distribution from October 1st, led 6 people’s death.

Congress national leader Jairam Ramesh said this is a total violation of Food Security Act 2013.

Today State Govt has resumed the ration services till November 30.
