KAMALPUR, Oct 30 (TIWN): Nabbed from Ambassa and one of the absconding prime accused of sensational Dilip Ghosh murder, Prantosh Das alias Enamul Haque was granted bail against the Ambassa P.S. case no. 54/2014 under sections 474 and 25(1B)(A) of IPC in the court of SDJM, at Kamalpur today. But as he was declared wanted in the Dilip Ghosh murder case, so the SDJM ordered him one night Jail Custody and he would be handed over to West Agartala P.S. tomorrow.On 29/10/2014 last Ambassa police nabbed Prantosh from the house of some "Shantu Modak", where he was rented for last one month inb the name of "Enamul Haque". During arrest arms, ammunition, cash 48,500 INR and contrabands were seized from his room. Accordingly, Ambassa police produced him before the court of SDJM today. SDJM granted him bail against the Ambassa P.S. case and ordered his hand-over to West Agartala police station.

On 9^th November, 2013 last, Dilip Ghosh was murdered at Ramnagar road no 9. West PS filed case against 10, among whom Mujibar Rahaman, Balaram Rajbhar, Bidhan Das, Nihar ranjan Das alias Powder Raju and Prantosh Das were absconding. Interpol alredy served Red Corner notice against Mujibar Rahaman and Balaram Rajbhar. After the arrest of Prantosh, it is hoped that, the case would be headed to a quick end.
