AGARTALA, Sep 30 (TIWN): Assam Rifles organised a ‘Swachhata Abhiyan’ to commemorate 150th Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi at Thelakum Bazar _ District Sepahijala, on 30 Sep 2019.

50 locals (40 male & 10 female)took part and showed great enthusiasm in cleanliness drive and pledged to keep their locality clean and green. A lecture on importance of cleanliness and healthy lifestyle was also conducted for the benefit of locals.

The efforts of Assam Rifles was highly appreciated by all.
