AGARTALA / KANCHANPUR, Sep 29 (TIWN): Around 2000 people of 250 families are undergoing massive sufferings due to ongoing water crisis problem here in Jamui hills.

At Jampui’s Bhangmun RD Block since many years massive water crisis situations are hitting the villagers but amid crisis situations, water machine has left damaged without repairing, but their (villagers) voices remained unheard or ignored.

Villagers alleged since for 1 year this machine left in non-functionable situation, but after various complaints were lodged no development came so far.

This machine was set by D. W. S but since it was damaged by D. W. S  no step was taken to repair it.

Local people have demanded immediate repair of the damaged machine.
