AGARTALA, Sep 26 (TIWN): Chief Minister Biplab Deb’s wife Niti Deb, who is also a social activist today met gang-rape victim at the TMC hospital. She also talked to the victim’s family members, assured justice.
Niti Deb has condemned the incident and assured further help from her side to the victim and her family.
Chief Minister Biplab Deb is right now in Delhi, has also sought the whole report. In his absence, Niti Deb with her Purvaudaya team visited the hospital.
Niti Deb who was accompanied by the organization’s Treasurer Sananda Saha, members Avishikta Lodh and Hrishie Raj assured the victim all support.
She also promised cooperation in her fight against the brutes who had committed the heinous crime in order to bring them to the book.
Niti Deb also told the victim and her family members that she would take up the matter with all earnest at the appropriate level so that she got the justice.
