AGARTALA, Sep 22 (TIWN): Tripura Law Minister Ratanlal Nath on Saturday after cabinet meeting told reporters that Govt has successfully fulfilled budget targets of the year.
“87% of budget-target is successfully done. Total 42 promises were there and out of them 31 are completed. Govt is working to finish the rest 9 promises”, said Ratanlal Nath.
He said 87% of the promises are completed whereas 13% are remaining.
Nath further said, for long he was in Tripura politics as opposition but never heard that Govt is discussing and completing one by one promises.
However, although colourful talks are going on by the BJP Govt, but public are not getting much benefit out of that due to massive taxation. It was the same Minister who hiked fuel price saying, PWD will carry the maintenance works of the roads by that collected revenue but many roads in the state in deplorable shape without maintenance.
