AGARTALA, Sep 11 (TIWN): Assam Rifles in conjunction with PHC, Teliamura conducted a workshop on Malaria and its prevention at Teliamura Degree College, Dist Khowai on 11 Sep 19. 450 locals including students attended the informative workshop who were sensitised about the spread of Malaria and measures to prevent them.

Assam Rifles has been assisting civil administration in fighting malaria menace by providing basic health and hygiene services as also organising awareness modules for the people in remote areas.
