AGARTALA, Sep 11 (TIWN): Chief Minister Biplab Deb has inaugurated the newly built Khowai Court Building at Khowai Court Complex, Office Tilla, Khowai.

High Court Chief Justice Sanjay Karol, Advocate General Arun Bhowmik, High Court Justice Arindam Bhattacharjee, MLA Kalyani Roy remained present on that occasion.

Addressing on the occasion CM Biplab Deb laid importance on the term “honesty” before “talent”, although the first one is related to the second.

CM also asserted that crime against women has decreased whereas conviction rate has increased high.

CM also praised his Govt for transparent recruitment policy and implementing central schemes for poor in proper manner.
