AGARTALA, Sep 5 (TIWN): Tripura Governor Ramesh Bais has interacted with students on Teachers Day in Tripura schools.

Also Education Minister Ratanlal Nath, CM Biplab Deb have observed the same tradition today.

Earlier, such scenarios were not seen in Tripura which has been praised and criticized both.

Ramesh Bais is serving as the 18th and current Governor of Tripura. A member of the Bharatiya Janata Party, he had served as a Union Minister of State for Environment and Forests in Atal Bihari Vajpayee's government from 1999.
