AGARTALA, Aug 18 (TIWN): Aimed to develop the infrastructure in Tripura health dept Chief Minister Biplab Deb today has conducted a training programme for Dental surgeons.
CM addressed in State Level Training Programme for the Dental Surgeons of Tripura at Civil Secretariat, Agartala.
Although officially the decisions have not been announced but CM told the doctors present at there that right now Tripura does not have any proper infrastructure and if a project is now started then it will take many years to be completed. It is better if an experienced team under PPP model can work for Tripura now.
CM strongly criticized the previous Govt for opposing PPP model. He said, always the previous Govt ran away if hear about PPP model but without PPP model health infrastructure development is not possible.
The amount as the CM said is predicted around Rs. 107 crore.
This step has been taken to proceed towards making Tripura a medical hub.
