AGARTALA, July 30 (TIWN): One petitioner Sajal Deb has filed a case in High Court why state govt is only terminating 10323 teachers, not of other depts whereas there were same policies followed in recruitments of other depts ?

Tripura High Court allegedly has served notice to State Govt of Tripura for that.

Sajal Deb is also belonged to 10323 teachers whose jobs were terminated by High Court in 2014 after citing irregularities and then SC also held the same decision about the teachers.

Now, 10323 teachers questioned, why only teaching job holders jobs are affected but not other depts under same policy ?
