AGARTALA, July 25 (TIWN): Chief Minister Biplab Deb held a meeting with Education Minister Ratanlal Nath and other officials of the Education Dept today to decide the space to be given to IIIT.

Tripura IIIT is right now operating from the campus of the National Institute of Technology (NIT) in Agartala. It was introduced by the BJP led state govt of Tripura.

IIIT Agartala's first batch is 2018–2022.
