TELIAMURA (Tripura), July 20 (TIWN): Assam Rifles conducted a workshop on Anti Malaria campaign at Tuichandrai Higher Secondary School, Teliamura.

The workshop was conducted to spread awareness on Malaria and water borne diseases to the common masses.People were sensitised about the spread of disease and measures to prevent then.  

About 127 students and teachers attended the informative workshop. Assam Rifles has been assisting civil administration in fighting malaria menace by providing basic health and hygiene service to the people in remote areas. The villagers expressed gratitude for conducting awareness campaign and appreciated the efforts of Assam Rifles towards building of healthy society.
