AGARTALA, July 15 (TIWN): In a shocking report, it has been alleged that a Tripura man Tapan Debnath was sent to Assam detention camp even though he has 1956’s document of his father as Indian.
In 2017 he was first issued with a notice of D voter and Police also asked him to submit his necessary papers in the local police station.
However, Tapan did not took the matter seriously and thus was taken to detention camp at Goalpara on Saturday.
