AGARTALA, July 12 (TIWN): BJP has organized a state level meeting ahead of Panchayat election at Agartala Town hall.
Chief Minister Biplab Deb, who is also the Party President of BJP participated in the programme and advised on membership collection process, election agendas and talked on how to increase organizational strength.
Deputy CM Jishnu Dev Barman, Minister Ratanlal Nath, BJP General secretary Rajib Bhattacharjee also have shared the dais.
BJP already won 82% seats uncontested in the Panchayat Election which is going to be held on July 27
Total numbers of Gram Panchayat seats are 6111 and Panchayat samiti 419 seats and 116 seats in Zilla Parishad.
Total numbers of voters 1,2,3070. Numbers of male voters are 616893 and female voters 586176.Total 2623 polling stations will be set across 8 districts.
