AGARTALA, July 9 (TIWN): One more Doctor is under Police’s interrogation due to negligence and alleged wrong treatment at Madhupur hospital.

The Doctor Puja Shah was on duty at Madhupur hospital, where a woman Labanya Shil (65) who was suffering after poisonous snake-bitten her and was taken to Madhupur hospital.

The incident took place on Sunday. Dr Puja Saha allegedly released the patient and thus taken back home, but seeing her condition serious she was taken to GB hospital by family members, but she died.

A case has been registered in Madhupur Police Station against Dr Puja Saha.
