KAMALPUR, Oct. 19 (TIWN): Not only chaotic management, but also the ridiculous implementation of ATM have added to the irritation of the customers of United Bank of India, here at Kamalpur. Earlier, TIWN has brought to light the unrest and irritation of the customers regarding the mismanagement and poor customer service of the once customer-friendly United Bank of India kamalpur branch.

Adding to it, the implementation of ATM inside the bank premise has turned the facility to just a matter of show. Unlike the rest of the state and the country, the bank authority has set the ATM inside the bank premise. As a result, the customers can only avail the opportunity during the bank hours. The agitated customers are of the view that, such installation and use of ATM is nothing but a violation of the notion of ATM, but at the same time it is humiliation of the customers too. It is a serious fact that, the authority has rented a premise for setting up the ATM , months ago and is paying the rent every month. The premise is decorated with the hoardings of UBI ATM and is never seen open. On the contrary, the ATM is set in the bank. Now, the customers would like to know the cause behind such deceive of the authority with the customers.
