NEW DELHI / AGARTALA, May 31 (TIWN): Tripura has been crowned with the golden opportunity to host the 10th National Science Film Festival of India in 2020 within the city of Agartala which will usher in and raise the awareness level regarding the various facets of science through cinema, announced Science and Technology Minister Sudip Barman.

“The even will be proudly organised by Vigyan Prasar,Tripura Council  for Science and Technology and Tripura Central University”, said the Minister.

“We are thankful to our Honourable Chief Minister Shri Biplab Kumar Deb whose untiring efforts and requests to the Union Science and Technology Ministry made it possible for the hosting of such grand event”, he added.
