AGARTALA / NEW DELHI, May 28 (TIWN): A continuous attack which was being taken place on local TV channel Akash Tripura has again shut-down by local cable Sristi.

The authority of Akash Tripura channel will take legal step. Ahead of the election for long two days, this channel was closed and once again in illegal manner the channel was shut down.

When asked to Sristi cable, the authority did not answer anything.

Since BJP Govt came in power, various news channels were closed, whereas in ex-CM Manik Sarkar’s time no media was attacked in this way.
