NEW DELHI / AGARTALA, May 20 (TIWN): Border Security Force jawans have once again seized huge numbers of yaba tablets in Tripura, the state which has been marked as ‘core of drug smuggling’.

On a specific information on yaba tablet smuggling, BSF troops of Border Outpost of Asabari under Subdivision-Sonamura, District-Sepahijala, have spotted some suspicious movements of miscreants in the jungle area near Indo-Bangla border fence.

On being challenged the miscreants fled away from the spot towards Indian village taking advantage of darkness.

Total 990 numbers of yaba tablets worths 4.95 lakhs were seized.
