AGARTALA / NEW DELHI, May 11 (TIWN): Following the increasing attacks on doctors, police have tightened security in various hospitals throughout Tripura where in recent time huge disruptions occurred due to attacks on doctors and staffs.

Centering the attacks, the Health Minister Sudip Barman also given up his own security condemning the attacks in the hospital premise.

In few cases, ruling party leaders were engaged in attacks but police’s role was unsatisfactory even after Health Minister’s order.

However, doctors are happy over the decision taken by the Govt.
