KOLKATA / NEW DELHI, May 10 (TIWN): Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb while addressing at Bengal RALLY said that 1.70 lakhs farmers in Tripura received Rs. 6000’s benefit of being farmers under PM Modi’s “Pradhan Mantri Kishan Sanman Yojnaâ€.
However, the CM’s claim has immediately triggered criticism in the state.
He also claimed 3.80 lakhs farmers got Rs. 5 lakhs of health insurance. Netizens have trolled Biplab Deb on that comment.
Biplab Deb assured the Bengal voters that just like Tripura got free health service of 5 lakhs and around 3 lakhs families were facilitated in Tripura with that scheme, in the same way, once BJP comes in power all will happen in Bengal along with proper implementation of other central govt schemes.
In Tripura in reality Health service is a farway matter of discussion, people in rural areas are travelling in Bangladesh illegally for livelihood.
He accused West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee saying she is not allowing Health scheme’s implementation in Bengal.
