AGARTALA. May 8 (TIWN): Disruption in systematic billing procedure is causing massive suffering for TSECL customers.

It has been alleged even after crossing one week, for metre reading no staff from TSECL has visited in many customers houses yet, whereas every month same problem is erupting.

Such negligence of TSECL is causing huge problems for the customers for last few months.

As a result multiple months’ bills are listed together mounting huge bills all together.

Resentments have gripped the customers of TSECL for the employees negligence in duties. In some cases it was earlier found that without metre reading TSECL staffs are mounting bills according to their wishes.
