AGARTALA, May 6 (TIWN): Doctor Tapas Majumder and two more medical staffs were attacked physically and verbally at IGM hospital today.

The incident took place after a patient name Bindu Debnath died during treatment.

BC Nagar patient Bindu Debnath was vomiting since morning whereas doctor immediately sent samples for test. During treatment she died.

The patient party alleged, due to wrong treatment Bindu Debnath died and with that allegation, they attacked on the doctor and staffs.

However, TSR and securities controlled the situation.
